Chopra has loosely based his next dirctorial venture on Jonathan Lynn`s 1992 Hollywood flick My Cousin Vinny (he has officially bought the rights of the film) Govinda plays a lawyer from the lower strata of the society who helps young boys caught up in legal trouble. Boman Irani, Satish Shah & Rajpal Yadav are aalso part of the film.
